TerraSol is Now Open for Business
Come on by and check out the newly opened sales center at the eco-friendly community TerraSol. The opening has been a long time coming for those interested in Gwinnett County new homes close to the Yellow River that are environment-friendly. The entire community was developed with lifestyle and land use as the top priority, not “how many homes can we squeeze into this lot of land.” As a result, the 128 new homes in Lawrenceville rest in a community with an abundance of preserved woodlands and green space and its very own 3-acre archeological site. All of the amenities at TerraSol, and believe me there are a lot of them, are being constructed with sustainable design principles.
With homes priced from the $500,000s, this community sounds too good to be true. So, just to make sure none of these features were exaggerated, you should visit the new sales center to see TerraSol for yourself. In keeping with the earth friendly theme of the development, the sales center is an existing home that was newly renovated to showcase this extraordinary, environmentally-friendly community with luxurious homes and sought-after amenities.
