Peachtree Hills Place Begins Plans for Eden Decor
Due to the fact that the Atlanta active adult community Peachtree Hills Place is the Presenting Sponsor of the Atlanta Botanical Garden’s annual formal gala, the Garden of Eden Ball, they are actively involved in the planning process. As of yet, ball decor planners are in the early stages of brainstorming ideas for this year’s event, which is to be held on September 27, and Peachtree Hills Place is more than willing to lend a helping hand throughout the entire process. In fact, the first meeting of the committee was held at the sales center of the upscale residential community in Buckhead.
The black-tie gala is being chaired by Terance and Jennifer Fowler, and will begin at 7 p.m. on September 27 and continue through midnight. Taking place on the Great Lawn of the Botanical Gardens, it is sure to be an enchanted evening. Bell’acqua is the theme for this year’s event, and the decor planners, Kathy Rainer and Tricky Wolfes of Parties to Die For, are planning a lavishly decorated tent to emphasize that theme.
Peachtree Hills Place is extremely excited to be associated with such a special event. Offering new luxury condos and single-family homes for adults aged 55 or over, Peachtree Hills Place is unlike any other active adult community in Atlanta. (Continued…)

Homeowners are already enjoying Couples’ Bridge, Ladies’ Bridge, Bunko Night, Men’s Poker, Dominoes, Saturday Breakfast, Covered Dish Friday, and Movie Night. The clubhouse is also available for homeowners to reserve for special, private events. On Sunday, June 1, the clubhouse and swimming pool were opened to invited guests who have shown an interest in living in an active adult neighborhood. Over 150 people were in attendance throughout the day for a Low Country Barbecue and bluegrass music.
