Patterson Recognized by Magazine as among Atlanta’s Best Realtors
Communities Magazine recently recognized Sharon Patterson as a member of this year’s Communities 100, a designation recognizing Atlanta’s leading Realtors across metropolitan Atlanta real estate boards. Patterson, who was honored for over $23 million in sales last year, is currently the broker for Crystal Lake Realty LLC, which handles sales for Crystal Lake Golf & Country Club in Henry County.
In accepting the honor, Patterson shared credit for the accomplishment to all the members of the sales team at Crystal Lake Golf & Country Club, which includes Laura Weinstock, Janice Austin, Matt Shumann, Candy Bishop, Sherry Bishop and Georgia Wright. Heron Bay Celebrates Opening of Lakefront Park
Heron Bay Golf & Country Club, which is a master-planned development in Locust Grove well known for entertaining residents with fun events and spectacular amenities, recently held party to celebrate the opening of the long awaited lakefront park. Held on Saturday, June 21st from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., the event attracted over 500 residents, making it a great opportunity to meet new neighbors as well as spend time with friends. Those in attendance were able to feast on hambugers, cheeseburgers, hotdogs, jerk chicken, chips, watermelon and soft drinks, all of which were provided by Apollo Entertainment. For dessert, there were several flavors of Repicci’s Italian Ice, which also was a great way to alleviate some of that summer heat. With everything on the menu representing the change of the seasons, this celebration was the perfect summer soirée.
The Lakefront Park adds yet another amenity to the long list at Heron Bay. The Lakefront Park offers breathtaking views of the Cole Reservoir in Henry County. The park also features a large, stunning pavilion with a catering kitchen, overhead fans, picnic tables, fire pits, an IPOD docking station and swings. Bullard’s TeamTidwell Named to Coldwell Banker ‘07 President’s Premier
TeamTidwell from Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty’s McDonough/Henry County office has earned membership in the Coldwell Banker International President’s Premier. Less than one percent of the more than 116,800 sales associates worldwide in the Coldwell Banker system qualified for this distinguished award. As a member of the company’s International President’s Premier, Donna Tidwell, the leader of TeamTidwell, will be invited to attend the company’s “Elite Retreat,” a three-day conference August 21-23 in Toronto conducted exclusively for the company’s top sales associates during 2007.
TeamTidwell was presented with this distinguished honor at the Coldwell Banker International Business Conference, held February 21-23 at the Gaylord Palms Resort and Convention Center in Orlando, Fla. The annual event brought thousands of Coldwell Banker sales associates, brokers, managers and employees together for an intensive professional development program and awards ceremony.
