With the publication of the May issue of COMMUNITIES Magazine, 10 individual or team Prudential Georgia Realty sales associates were honored as top-producing agents in metro Atlanta by being named to the prestigious COMMUNITIES 100 list. COMMUNITIES Magazine has been compiling this elite list for 22 years to recognize those Realtors at the height of their profession. Prudential Realtors on the list included, in alphabetical order, Amy Barocas and Peggy Feldman, Perimeter North office; Annette Davis, East Cobb office; Rebecca A. Martin, Towne Lake branch; John and Linda Monroe, Towne Lake office; Jill and Dan Petersen, Sandy Springs branch; Carolyn Phillips-Long, Perimeter North; Cindy Simpson, Cobb/Roswell office; Rick Swan, 400 North branch; the Willnow Group-Nan and John Willnow, Sandy Springs office; and Joan Wolfe, New Homes Division. Three Bullard Realty Agents Named to Coldwell Banker President’s Elite
Three sales associates from Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty been named to the Coldwell Banker International President’s Elite for their 2007 performances. Only one percent of the more than 116,800 sales associates worldwide in the Coldwell Banker system qualified for the distinguished group. Included among the honorees were Steven Dickens of the company’s Newnan/Coweta County office, Michelle Munda from the Griffin/Spalding County office, and Phil Wagner from the McDonough/Henry County office.
As members of the company’s International President’s Elite, these three agents will be invited to attend the “Elite Retreat,” a three-day conference held exclusively for the company’s top Sales Associates. TeamTidwell from Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty’s McDonough/Henry County office has earned membership in the Coldwell Banker International President’s Premier. Less than one percent of the more than 116,800 sales associates worldwide in the Coldwell Banker system qualified for this distinguished award. As a member of the company’s International President’s Premier, Donna Tidwell, the leader of TeamTidwell, will be invited to attend the company’s “Elite Retreat,” a three-day conference August 21-23 in Toronto conducted exclusively for the company’s top sales associates during 2007.
TeamTidwell was presented with this distinguished honor at the Coldwell Banker International Business Conference, held February 21-23 at the Gaylord Palms Resort and Convention Center in Orlando, Fla. The annual event brought thousands of Coldwell Banker sales associates, brokers, managers and employees together for an intensive professional development program and awards ceremony. A new Atlanta radio morning show made its debut last Saturday. Tune in to listen to David Ellis, the Executive Vice President of Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association, who will be on the new show “Real Estate for Real Life.” The show is on every Saturday morning from 9:00-10:00 on 91.9 FM WCLK. The show is hosted by Aleta Saunders and provides useful information for Atlantans about all aspects of real estate. The show features experts in the field that will also help answer listeners’ questions.
