More than 50 commercial brokers and other interested parties attended an event at Jefferson Station at the Buggy Works hosted by Kairos Development Corporation. East Point Mayor Macon thanked Kairos for their ongoing contribution to the revitalization of downtown East Point.
This renovated 70,000 square foot authentic loft office building is located in historic East Point and is an excellent example of adaptive reuse. An historic factory building originally constructed in 1930, it still includes authentic factory details such as expansive windows, sky-lit elevator towers, exposed structure, steel beams and columns, high ceilings and large floor plans.
