Haven Properties is taking you on a virtual tour of your house to help you save $500 on energy costs this year. We’ve saved $215 in the living areas, $145 in the bathroom and $74 in the laundry room with several easy changes. One more change in the basement or utility room will get you $36 closer to our goal. Simply lower the temperature setting on your water heater from 145 degrees to 120 degrees.
