McGinnis Reserve Impresses Atlanta Real Estate Agents
Bowen Family Homes recently held a very successful Realtor luncheon at their Gwinnett County community McGinnis Reserve. The event attracted 82 local real estate agents for the opportunity tour the newly opened Gloucester model and the Callaway model. Can you believe 82 real estate agents attended the event? Usually Realtor luncheons attract 30 or 40 attendees, so for McGinnis Reserve to have an audience that is over twice as many as the norm means there is something truly exceptional about the community. After feasting on a tasty catered lunch, Ann Sheffield with Prudential Georgia Realty won a $500 gas card, and Walter Biel with Coldwell Banker won a gas card worth $250. Gwinnett County Community Moves into Phase II
Bowen Family Homes has happily opened phase II of their unique community in Suwanee, Brynfield.
