Gwinnett County Community Moves into Phase II
Bowen Family Homes has happily opened phase II of their unique community in Suwanee, Brynfield. Well, more specifically they have moved into phase II at Brynfield - Woodvale, which features two-story single family homes. The reason I needed to clarify is that Brynfield is a merger of two different neighborhoods- one featuring townhomes and the other offers single-family homes. Together, they enjoy some fabulous amenities like a neighborhood pool with mushroom fountain, cabana and playground. However, while they share amenities and the same community name, they offer two completely different lifestyles. One is for those looking to become homeowners without the extra hassle of maintaining the exterior of their home, while the other comes with all of the responsibilities of home ownership. The new phase and the new floorplan being offered at Brynfield are in the Woodvale neighborhood, which offers spacious single-family homes in Suwanee. Bringing a new floorplan enhances the choices at this community. Now available at Brynfield - Woodvale is the Glenridge floorplan, making a total of seven different two-story, single-family home plans for homebuyers to choose from. (Continued…)
Creekside Manor Adds Swimming Pool to Development Plans
D.R. Horton’s townhome community, Creekside Manor has now added a swimming pool to their development plans. Already, this community offers homeowners an extra sense of security with their gated entrance. Creekside Manor features new townhomes in Lilburn and is perfect for home buyers who want a home but are not interested in the hassle of the exterior upkeep. Located just off of Pleasant Hill in Lilburn, homeowners have quick access to major interstates, shopping, dining and employment. All these perks are at an amazing value with homes starting in the $120s! It’s a great community if you are just starting out, ready to get out of renting, or if you are looking to downsize. The townhome floorplans feature a unique triplex design; from two bedrooms with one garage to a spacious three bedroom two car garage plan, and all features a beautiful brick exterior. (Continued…)
