Join ULI Atlanta on May 14 for an informal discussion on the future of the Brookhaven area. Prime metro-Atlanta location and increased development interest has created a need for thoughtful planning in Brookhaven. The discussion will address three main issues: the planning of the overall community, developing mixed-use within the community and the future opportunity for transit-oriented development. H & F Bread Co. Coming to The Aramore
Early this summer H & F Bread Co. will open its doors and the smell of fresh, made-from-scratch bread will fill the air at The Aramore. H & F Bread Co. is a collaboration between promising baker Eli Kikov, and the five founders of Holeman and Finch Public House, Chef Linton and Gina Hopkins, Greg Best, Regan Smith and Andy Minchow. The bakery will feature a menu that includes assorted fresh bagels, a pie or cake of the day, croissants, Danish, cupcakes, ciabatta bread, baguettes, French loaves and other breads and sweets. Beverages will consist of rich coffees and homemade juices. All items will be made organic with the freshest and finest ingredients, and will be made with out trans fat.
Agents Luncheon Marks Grand Opening for Townhomes in Johns Creek Walk
A well attended Realtors luncheon marked the official Grand Opening for The Residences of Johns Creek Walk, a new enclave of 44 townhomes in the Johns Creek Walk mixed-use neighborhood in the City of Johns Creek. The crowd of over 125 people included approximately 75 real estate agents, as well as special guest artist Eric Strauss, his wife Charlotte, and their children Logan and Katie Lynn; Johns Creek Council Members Karen Richardson and Ivan Figueroa; Patty Hanson, chief of staff for the municipality’s mayor, Mike Bodker; Linda Westcott Johnson, chairperson for the Johns Creek Beautification Committee; Dyanne L.
