More Tips from Gaddis
Cleve Gaddis is just full of knowledge that he wants to share with the real estate industry. Continually closing the most homes at RE/MAX Around Atlanta for the past six years and having extensive experience in sales and marketing, Gaddis is an expert in selling. Here are more tips from Gaddis on how to sell a home quicker:
- Pick the right real estate agent or broker. There are thousands of agents in Atlanta real estate, making it hard to find on that can deliver results, but not impossible. When interviewing, ask agents to provide you with a list of homes they have sold in the last 6 months and the contact information for these clients. If an agent can sell lots of other homes even when the market is slow, the chances are good that they will be able to sell your home too.
- Price is right. Use only homes that have closed within the last 90 days as comparables when pricing your home. And continue to reference this market often. Sometimes just a few thousand dollars can make all the difference
