With the “Dollars for Dreams” program, homebuyer that purchase a new Atlanta home at one of Bowen’s communities will receive up to $50,000 to spend on their new home. Buyers may opt to use the money towards a Pottery Barn shopping spree, designer upgrades, down payment/closing costs, free basement on available homesites or to lower monthly payments.
