Steve C. Bullard, owner and president of the Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty organization, was recently included in the Residential Real Estate section of “The Power Book 2008”, a recently-distributed publication of the Atlanta Business Chronicle. Called “A Guide to Atlanta’s Top Industry Leaders”, the publication is described as a map to the top 50 leaders in each of six industries: commercial real estate, residential real estate, banking and finance, health care, hospitality, and law and accounting. Bullard Organization Recognizes 62 Million Dollar Agents for 2007
A total of 62 current agents with the Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty organization who were Million Dollar agents for 2007 were recognized at the company’s annual Awards Breakfast, held recently at Eagle’s Landing Country Club. There were 53 Million Dollar agents in the seven Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty locations. In addition, another Bullard company, Coldwell Banker American Land Mart in Conyers, had nine agents earning Million Dollar status. (Continued…)
Bullard Offices, Agents Place in Coldwell Banker Quarterly Rankings
The Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty organization had several offices and agents with high placements in 4th Quarter 2007 rankings released by Coldwell Banker Real Estate Corporation. Coldwell Banker American Land Mart, a Bullard affiliate company, was No. 8 in Adjusted Gross Commission Income and No. 10 in Listing Units in the Southern Region in the categories for offices with 21 to 35 sales associates. Coldwell Banker Bullard Advances in Publication’s Annual Rankings
Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty has moved upward one step to the No. 12 position in the Atlanta Business Chronicle’s annual listing of “Atlanta’s Top 25 Residential Real Estate Companies”. In addition, the company was ranked No 10 in the publication’s listing of “Atlanta’s Top 10 Residential of Real Estate Organizations.” The rankings, which were based on 2007 gross residential sales volume in the Atlanta area, appeared in the publication’s March 21-27, 2008 edition. Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty, which was included in the listing of real estate organizations for the first time, is once again the highest-ranked real estate firm headquartered in the Metro South area.
