Communities Magazine recently once again honored Betty Denio and Linda Lindsey from Coldwell Banker American Land Mart in Conyers as members of this year’s Communities 100, a designation which recognizes Atlanta’s leading Realtors across metropolitan Atlanta real estate boards. Steve C. Bullard, owner and president of the Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty organization, was recently included in the Residential Real Estate section of “The Power Book 2008”, a recently-distributed publication of the Atlanta Business Chronicle. Called “A Guide to Atlanta’s Top Industry Leaders”, the publication is described as a map to the top 50 leaders in each of six industries: commercial real estate, residential real estate, banking and finance, health care, hospitality, and law and accounting. Bullard Organization Recognizes 62 Million Dollar Agents for 2007
A total of 62 current agents with the Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty organization who were Million Dollar agents for 2007 were recognized at the company’s annual Awards Breakfast, held recently at Eagle’s Landing Country Club. There were 53 Million Dollar agents in the seven Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty locations. In addition, another Bullard company, Coldwell Banker American Land Mart in Conyers, had nine agents earning Million Dollar status. (Continued…)
