Bryant Lake LaGrange Supports Downtown LaGrange
PEC Development Group is part of the effort to make LaGrange the “best little city in the South” by partnering their newest master-planned community, Bryant Lake LaGrange, with the LaGrange Development Authority. Bryant Lake LaGrange is a Platinum Sponsor, the highest level of sponsorship for the Authority, which relies on generous support given by Bryant Lake and others to renew LaGrange’s historic downtown.
Sponsors, such as Bryant Lake, allow the Authority to continue the revitalization of the historic and traditional commercial areas of downtown LaGrange, which is the heart and soul of LaGrange.
The vision of the Downtown LaGrange Development Authority is to sustain LaGrange as a stand-alone town, in the face of a suburban sprawl that is destined to race down from Atlanta and up from Columbus.

Karen Love Recognized as NAMAR Good Neighbor
NAMAR is honored to recognize Karen Love of Virtual Properties as the July/August Good Neighbor. Karen has been a NAMAR member for more than 15 years. She has given 100% to help those who have put their lives on the line to protect us — Americans. Karen started the first Sentinels of Freedom Chapter in Georgia in Gwinnett County. The chapter is made up of a group of concerned citizens and veterans dedicated to bringing home a severely disabled veteran, giving them a job, home, car, college education and Life Coaching for four years to help them comfortably settle in Gwinnett County.
Karen has worked tirelessly to help raise money and awareness for this cause. On Memorial Day weekend, Karen and her team spend the weekend at various parade’s and festivals promoting Sentinels of Freedom. Register Now for Evening Session of ULI Event
ULI Atlanta is hosting “The Value of Architectural Preservation,” an event for the Young Leaders Group on July 31 from 6:00pm- 8:30pm. The discussion will explore the benefits of preserving buildings with great architecture around Atlanta. The speakers will talk about how important it is to preserve these buildings in order to create a sense of place, improve neighborhood quality, as well as provide opportunities for investments. Online registration is recommended, and cocktails and hors d’oeuvres will be served before and after the discussion.
HomeAid Atlanta Announces 5th Annual Project Playhouse Builders
HomeAid announced the builders who will participate in their fifth annual Project Playhouse. The event will showcase six fully-furnished, child-sized dream playhouses that feature amazing interiors! Many include flat screen TVs, granite countertops, hardwood floors, surround sound, and mini-kitchens. Builders have released designs ranging from fairytale cottages to eco-friendly green lodges. The playhouses will be on display at Lenox Square from September 13-October 4.
One house will be given away in a raffle, while the other five will be sold at auction. HomeAid would like to welcome back for the third year in a row as well as their other participants including Affinity Fine Homes, Bethany Land Co., Builders II, Eco Custom Homes and Jackson Bailey Group. Bryant Lake Gets Involved in Local Community
LaGrange, GA is a small town near the Georgia/Alabama border. It is in this quaint town that PEC Development has begun work on a new master-planned development called Bryant Lake, and to help announce itself to the community, Bryant Lake is a proud sponsor of the From the Fire: Contemporary Korean Ceramics exhibit now on display at the LaGrange Museum of Art. By supporting events like this, PEC Development is expressing an active interest in the town and taking action to help make it a fantastic place to call home. Bryant Lake is currently accepting presales, with many lakefront lots and new homesites with spectacular wooded views.
