Atlanta Real Estate Agents Close $20 Million Deal
Jack Hudson and Dominai Webb of RE/MAX Around Atlanta Commercial are happy to announce the fact that they successfully sold the former Chevron Oil Petroleum Blending Plant and Port at 4950 Virginia Avenue in Charleston, SC. Hudson and Webb worked their commercial real estate magic to convince the Delfin Group USA, LLC that this plant is perfect for them. A commercial real estate specialist since 1999, Hudson has been with RE/MAX Around Atlanta since June 2007 and currently serves as Associate Broker of RE/MAX Around Atlanta Commercial. Hudson’s recent commercial transactions also include 193 acres on Georgia’s Lake Oconee, 20 commercial acres in Buford, Ga., and commercial acreage in the Buckhead community of Atlanta.
Dominai Webb specializes primarily in residential resales in Gwinnett County and partnered with Hudson on this transaction due to his wealth of commercial knowledge and experience. These two Atlanta real estate agents are obviously extremely talented at their profession and truly enjoy it - the success from their hard work is solid proof of such facts.
