The Clowdus Team Named to Coldwell Banker International President’s Circle for ‘07
The Clowdus Team from Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty’s Jonesboro/Clayton County office has qualified to join the company’s International President’s Circle. The prestigious membership is awarded to the top three percent of the more than 116,800 real estate agents worldwide in the Coldwell Banker system. EarthCraft House Named 2008 Green Builder Program of the Year
EarthCraft House, a leading residential green building program, was recently named the 2008 Green Home Builder Program of the Year at the 10th Annual National Association of Home Builders National Green Building Conference in New Orleans.
The award recognizes EarthCraft House’s important contribution to the housing industry through its voluntary green building program, builder training workshops and third-party verification; EarthCraft House also received this same award in 2004.
The EarthCraft House program was developed by the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association (HBA) and Southface with support from government and industry leaders. Since the program’s inception in 1999, more than 5,000 homes in the Southeast have earned EarthCraft House certification. (Continued…)
Coldwell Banker ALM Has Eight Agents on EMBOR Million Dollar Listing for ‘07
Coldwell Banker American Land Mart (ALM) had eight agents in the East Metro Board of Realtors’ Million Dollar Club, announced at the organization’s 2008 Awards Celebration held recently at the Always Banquet Center in Conyers. The recognition was for the agents’ performances during 2007.
