Dwayne talks about building Atlanta new homes with energy efficient features and Roger discusses the importance of buying a home with a warranty. Dwayne Hill is the vice president of sales and marketing with Ashton Woods. This homebuilder is known for personalization. This starts with the floor plans that offer flexibility so that buyers may make adjustments and continues at the builder’s 12,000-foot design studio where buyers can select everything from flooring to cabinetry and beyond. Dwayne shares the importance of energy efficiency in Atlanta new homes. He explains that the inclusion of Energy Star features in every Ashton Woods home translates to a monthly savings for buyers of 25 to 45 percent in energy costs.
