MontClair, a new 43-home community by Castle Homes in a quiet country setting in Rockdale County, has already recorded nine sales and currently has 29 homesites available for immediate purchase. The community of customizable estate homes, which is located on Tucker Mill Road near Heritage High School, which runs off Hwy. 138 near I-2-East, offers ranch, one and one-half, and two-story homes from Castle Homes’ upscale Regal Series priced from the mid $300,000s to the low $500,000s.

The exteriors of the homes feature Traditional design with three sides brick. The homes have three-car garages, sprinkler systems, and private yards. Each Regal series purchaser is able to have a pre-construction meeting with the builder to determine modifications and custom home touches which could be made to meet that family’s needs and desires.
