Castle Homes Begins Sales in Pointe South

The home sales effort is under way in Pointe South, Castle Homes’ new 114-home community in the Bethlehem area of Barrow County. Located on Ben Johnson Road, which runs off Tom Miller Road near Highway 81 North, the community offers ranch homes priced from the $170,000s to the mid $200,000s. These homes, which are in Castle Homes’ Classic Series of floor plans, include 73 standard features, including many which are usually upgrades in this price range.

The exteriors of the four-bedroom homes feature stone or brick with stucco on the front and vinyl on the sides and back.
