Castle Homes Adds to Housing Selections in Pointe South

Castle Homes is now offering two-story and split foyer plans in addition to the ranch plans being offered in Pointe South, its new 122-home community in the Bethlehem area of Barrow County. Located on Ben Johnson Road, which is off Tom Miller Road near Highway 81 North, the community has homes priced from the $140,000s to $250,000. Floyd Lance, president of Castle Homes, said most of these homes, from Castle Homes’ Classic Series of floor plans, include approximately 73 standard features, including many which are usually upgrades in this price range.

Eighteen home sales have already been recorded, and the community currently has eight homes ready for move-ins. The exteriors of Pointe South homes feature stone or brick with stucco on the front and vinyl on the sides and back. Special interior features include an energy efficient package which includes cellulose; upgraded cabinets; upgraded trim with arches and columns; a front lawn sprinkler system; decorative tile backsplash, side-by-side refrigerator, spacesaver microwave and five-cycle dishwasher in the kitchen; and alarm system with six-months of monitoring included; Category 5 wiring; upgraded lighting and hardware; and phone and cable wiring in all bedrooms. Home buyers get a one-year building warranty and an eight-year structural warranty.
