Caroline Simmel brings experience to Estates at Fernwood Creek

Congratulations to PEC Development Group as they welcome Caroline Simmel to their team as a consultant manager for lot sales in the Estates of Fernwood Creek in Cherokee County. Caroline has an extensive background in marketing sales, and advertising which brings experience and new ideas to the Builder and Developer Services team. Caroline will be working on project planning, land acquisition, and new business developments with both commercial and residential real estate.
