This has a been a difficult year for real estate and Atlanta we have heard about the water shortages. As your neighbor to the South we understand the water issue here is Florida also. Building homes with drought tolerant plants and local vegatation is a must. I saw a blog one day how housing developers in Georgia are working to stop run off into waterways that affects the silt in the waterways. What a great project to get developers to take on. What a wonderful achievement and sounds like you are a real go getter.
