Carmella Tuttle Joins ULI Atlanta Team
ULI Atlanta, a District Council of Urban Land Institute, is pleased to welcome Carmella N. Tuttle as Director of Community Outreach. Tuttle will advance ULI Atlanta’s mission by managing and directing ULI Atlanta’s community outreach initiatives such as UrbanPlan, Technical Advisory Panels, Urban Marketplace and Community Action Grants.
Prior to joining ULI Atlanta, Tuttle worked for Ravenwood Development Company, Inc. in Atlanta, Ga., as Operations Director. Previously, Tuttle has worked in the urban redevelopment field for over 12 years at the Atlanta Housing Authority and the Boulevard Group, Inc. as well as for an educational foundation.
A native of Oakland, Calif., Tuttle earned a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from Georgia State University and holds a Master’s of Arts in Organizational Management from University of Phoenix.
As a district council of the Urban Land Institute, ULI Atlanta advances responsible land use policy and real estate development practice throughout greater Atlanta. The nonprofit group is supported by its members. They examine land use issues, impartially report their findings and convene forums to find solutions to complex land use problems.
