evolv, a full-service real estate solutions group, is pleased to announce that it will host an agent caravan on March 18 to showcase four new communities. The progressive caravan will begin at eon at Lindbergh, located in the new Lindbergh City Center, with catering by SIP Coffeehouse and Cafe. eon at Lindbergh is the first EarthCraft certified community in the Buckhead area, and offers ample convenience to the Lindbergh MARTA station, shops, dining and entertainment. The 352 condominium homes at eon are priced from the $180,000s. The next stop will be at Sera CityHomes at Lindbergh with catering by LOLA. The two- and three-bedroom traditional and split-level CityHomes are located in the heart of Lindbergh offering easy access to the Lindbergh MARTA station and Downtown, Midtown and Buckhead.

The third stop for the day will be at element located in Atlantic Station in Midtown. The community offers luxurious one- and two-bedroom urban condominium homes and ample convenience to all the shops, restaurants and entertainment Atlantic Station has to offer. Catering will be provided by Atlantic Grill. The fourth and final stop of the day will be at Serrano - a Mediterranean-style condominium community located at the corner of Abernathy Road and GA 400 in Sandy Springs. Keeping in line with the Mediterranean theme, catering for the last stop will be provided by Saeed’s Elegant Mediterranean Catering.
