Bullard Realty Agents, Team Are Named to International Sterling Society
Ten sales agents and one sales team with Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty have been honored as members of the Coldwell Banker International Sterling Society for their performances in 2006. The distinguished membership is limited to the top 13 percent of the more than 127,700 sales associates worldwide in the Coldwell Banker system. Agents receiving the award included Sherry Maddox, Philip Born and Patricia Ramsey of the Jonesboro/Clayton County office; George Wiley and Donna Daniel from the Peachtree City/Fayette County office; Brooks Brackett, Sandra Stephens and Regina Krytus from the McDonough/Henry County office; and Debra Bardwell and Brenda Waldrop from the Conyers/Rockdale County office. The sales team was the Penny Henderson Team from the Jonesboro/Clayton County office, which consists of Penny, Don and Donny Henderson and Faye Harvey.
Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty, founded in 1956 by the late Cliff Bullard and his wife Lena, worked out a franchise agreement with Coldwell Banker Real Estate Corporation a few years ago and is the largest Coldwell Banker franchise in Georgia and is also the largest real estate company headquartered between I-20 and the Florida line. Current owner and president Steve Bullard has been with the company for nearly 35 years.
