Winners Drawn for Bullard Peachtree City Office’s ‘Bash for Cash’ Promotion

The Peachtree City/Fayette County office of Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty held its 1st Annual “Bash for Cash” drawing on Thursday, Dec. 17. Business cards were collected from agents who attended participating open houses over the past six weeks — the more houses they attended, the more chances they had to win. Owner and President of Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty, Steve Bullard, was on hand to draw the winning cards.

Davette Harris from Pilkenton-Murray LLC won the grand prize of $500. Dale Cook from Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty and Cecelia Hays from The Home Source Realtors each won $250.

George Wiley, managing broker of the Peachtree City Bullard office expressed thanks to the sponsors, including Active Pest Control, Morris Hardwick and Schneider LLC, American Home Shield, Peachtree Home Staging, PHH Mortgage, The Real Estate Book, Hawkeye Inspection, and Security Land Title. Wiley said he was very happy with the results of this new project. “We had over 350 visits to our listings from 120 agents, and now we look forward to getting these homes sold. The market is showing signs of improving and we look to a stronger market in 2010,” he commented.
