Bullard Organization Recognizes 62 Million Dollar Agents for 2007

A total of 62 current agents with the Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty organization who were Million Dollar agents for 2007 were recognized at the company’s annual Awards Breakfast, held recently at Eagle’s Landing Country Club. There were 53 Million Dollar agents in the seven Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty locations. In addition, another Bullard company, Coldwell Banker American Land Mart in Conyers, had nine agents earning Million Dollar status.

The breakdown of 2007 Million Dollar agents for the seven Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty offices, by location, is as follows:
* Peachtree City/Fayette County office - Donna Daniel, Dee Christian, Erin Hawkins, Diane Donaghey, Pat Roman, Janis Kraft, Donna Lasseter, Debbie Lowe, Dianne Maney, and Martin Wise.
* McDonough/Henry County office - Brooks Brackett, LouAnn Harris, Penny Henderson (certified in both residential and commercial categories), Debbie Jordan, Duane Lockwood, Kelley McGraw, Brian O’Neal, Bobbie Roper, Jan Sprayberry, Sandra Stephens, Donna Tidwell, Dena Williams, Maureen Young, Linda Chapin, Ruby Davis, Linda Jones, Tammi Lamb, and Phil Wagner.
* Jonesboro/Clayton County office - Susan Clowdus, Shonda Sims, Sherry Mattox, Pat Winston, Melissa Stephens, Nancy Hollis, Phil Born, Patricia Ramsey, Ted Phillips, and Sabrina McGee.

* Coldwell Banker American Land Mart’s Million Dollar agents include Betty Denio, Linda Lindsey, Ann Bell, Sandi Austin, Brad Batchelor, Robert Denio, Brandi Williams,Mackey Whitmire, and Victoria Willis.

Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty was founded in 1956 and is currently the largest Coldwell Banker franchised company in Georgia and is the oldest and largest real estate company headquartered in the South Metro area of Atlanta. American Land Mart was founded by Alton Housworth Jr. in 1986 and was sold to the Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty organization in January of 2004.
