Bullard Offices, Agents Included in Coldwell Banker Rankings
The Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty had several offices and agents included in April 2008 residential affiliate rankings released by Coldwell Banker Real Estate Corporation. In Top 100 Offices Nationally ranking for Total Units, the Coldwell Banker Bullard McDonough/Henry County office was No. 66, the Jonesboro/Clayton County office was No. 74, and the Peachtree City/Fayette County office was No. 84.
Placing in the Top 25 Agents and Teams in the Southern Region were the following:
* Total Units (Agents) - Michelle Munda of the Griffin/Spalding County office, No. 3; Tammi Lamb of the McDonough/Henry County office, No. 19; and Phil Wagner of the McDonough/Henry County office, No. 20.
* Total Units (Team) - TeamTidwell of the McDonough/Henry County office, No. 25.
The Bullard organization, founded in 1956 by the late Cliff Bullard, worked out a franchise agreement with Coldwell Banker Real Estate Corporation in early 1998 and is the largest Coldwell Banker franchise in Georgia. Current Owner and President Steve Bullard has been with the company for more than 35 years. The oldest and largest real estate company headquartered in the Metro South area of Atlanta, Coldwell Banker Bullard has its headquarters in Jonesboro. The organization now has other offices in Griffin, McDonough, Jackson, Peachtree City, Newnan, and Conyers, and the separate but affiliated company, Coldwell Banker American Land Mart in Conyers.
