BULLARD NAMES RANDY COUEY BROKER FOR JACKSON OFFICE

Randy Couey, who was previously with Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty’s Jackson/Butts County office for seven years, has been named as the new managing broker for the office. Couey (pictured here), who entered the real estate field with Coldwell Banker Bullard nine years ago, has earned the Georgia salesperson, associate broker and broker licenses. He received his training through Coldwell Banker Bullard Faststart, the Barbara Marshall seminars, and the Pamela Ellis “Power Plus” seminar. For approximately the past two years, he has been an associate broker with two other area real estate companies.

His awards for outstanding production while previously with Coldwell Banker Bullard include membership in the Coldwell Banker International Sterling Society in 1999, 2000 and 2003; the International Diamond Society in 2002 and 2004, and the Bullard Bronze Society in 2001. He was his office’s top producer in 2004, No. 2 in 2002 and 2003, and No. 3 in 2000 and 2001.
He achieved Million Dollar Club membership four times as a Bullard agent, and again earned the honor in 2005 while with another company. Couey’s business background also includes 22 years of management with the Kroger Company.

The oldest and largest real estate company headquartered in the Metro South area of Atlanta, Coldwell Banker Bullard has its headquarters in Jonesboro. The organization now has other offices in Griffin, McDonough, Jackson, Peachtree City, Newnan, and Conyers, and a separate but affiliated company, Coldwell Banker American Land Mart in Conyers. The Bullard organization, founded in 1956 by the late Cliff Bullard, worked out a franchise agreement with Coldwell Banker Real Estate Corporation a few years ago and is the largest Coldwell Banker franchise in Georgia. Current Owner and President Steve Bullard has been with the company for nearly 35 years.
