Bullard in Coldwell Banker’s Quarterly Rankings for Company, Offices, Agents

Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty ranked as the No. 41 affiliate company in Adjusted Gross Commission and the No. 26 affiliate company in Total Units in Coldwell Banker Real Estate Corporation ratings for 1st Quarter 2007. Also in the 1st Quarter rankings, the Bullard office in McDonough was listed at No. 4 in Listing Units among Georgia affiliate companies, while the company’s Jonesboro office was No. 10 in Listing Units in the Southern Region for offices with 36 to 50 sales associates.

In sales associate rankings for the state of Georgia, Phil Wagner of the McDonough office was No. 2 in Listing Units and No. 5 in Total Units; Steven Dickens of the Newnan office was No. 4 in Listing Units and No. 7 in Total Units; Dee Christian of the Peachtree City office was No. 5 in Listing Units; and Linda Jones of the McDonough office was No. 6 in Listing Units. Ratings for sales teams released for the month of March had Team Tidwell from the McDonough office at No. 1 in Georgia and No. 19 in the Southern Region in the Top 25 Teams Regionally listing.

Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty, founded in 1956 by the late Cliff Bullard and his wife Lena, worked out a franchise agreement with Coldwell Banker Real Estate Corporation a few years ago and is the largest Coldwell Banker franchise in Georgia and is also the largest real estate company headquartered between I-20 and the Florida line. Current owner and president Steve Bullard has been with the company for nearly 35 years. Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty, in addition to the corporate headquarters/branch office in Jonesboro, has other branch locations in McDonough, Newnan, Griffin, Jackson, Peachtree City, and Conyers.
