Bullard, Griffin Tech Offer Pre-Licensing Course at College
The Coldwell Banker Bullard Advantage School of Real Estate in partnership with Griffin Technical College will once again conduct the 75-hour course required by the Georgia Real Estate Commission for a person to take the state real estate salesperson’s licensing exam.
The new class will be held three evenings a week on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 6 until 9:15 p.m., beginning Tuesday night, April 3. The location will be in Griffin Technical College’s Continuing Education Building, located at 501 Varsity Road, Griffin. The cost of the course is $425 plus the cost of books. The instructor will be Kenn Young.
