Bullard’s Jonesboro Office among Leaders in Coldwell Banker Rankings

Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty’s Jonesboro office placed toward the top nationally in 2nd Quarter rankings released for Coldwell Banker Real Estate Corporation affiliate offices.

The Bullard Jonesboro office was No 27 in Total Units and No. 45 in Adjusted Gross Commission. A total of 1,254 Coldwell Banker affiliate offices participated in the Top 50 Offices Nationally rankings.

Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty, founded in 1956 by the late Cliff Bullard and his wife Lena, worked out a franchise agreement with Coldwell Banker Real Estate Corporation a few years ago and is the largest Coldwell Banker franchise in Georgia and is also the largest real estate company headquartered between I-20 and the Florida line. Current owner and president Steve Bullard has been with the company for nearly 35 years. Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty, in addition to the corporate headquarters/branch office in Jonesboro, has other branch locations in McDonough, Newnan, Griffin, Jackson, Peachtree City, and Conyers.
