Building Throughout Georgia - Silver Summit Properties Earns Silver Award

Silver Summit Properties recently received a silver award at the 2007 Best of 50+ Housing Council sponsored by the National Association of Homebuilders 50+ Housing Council. The jury spent two days behind closed doors evaluating the many entries in each category which were submitted by NAHB members nationwide. Silver Summit’s “The Grass really is Greener on this side - but you don’t have to spend your Saturdays mowing it” ad won the Silver award for full-page black and white advertising. The ad was designed by Solveig White of Simply White Design, and has run in magazines, newspapers and as a postcard direct mail campaign since the summer of 2006. Silver Summit Properties, LLC has communities throughout Georiga, though the “Grass is Greener” ad was for the company’s community at Flat Shoals in Conyers, Georgia.
