Builders Sweetening The Deal
Through the collaboration of the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association, numerous new home builders and allied organizations, the Get Home Atlanta! campaign is informing consumers on the facts about why now is a great time to buy a home in Atlanta.
One of the top ten reasons why now is a great time to buy is that it is a Buyer’s Market. Builders are offering a variety of value-added incentives for new home buyers. Many builders would rather offer incentives or Buyer Bonuses instead of slashing prices. By doing this, they protect the value of not only the home being purchased, but the homes in the same neighborhood and area. Incentives can include anything from finished basements, complete media rooms, granite countertops, hardwood floors, appliance or furniture packages or even car leases.
Incentives vary and can change frequently. Although there are many different incentives being offered right now, they may not be there if you wait too long. In order to take advantage of this deal, buyers should not wait. Now is a great time to buy a home!
