With all the government programsa and low interest rates the market has responded. We need to continiue to absord all this inventory. There is a light at the end of the tunnel. Builder's are seeing the changes in purchasers of existing homes. This is important, buyers are able to get mortgages again and we are moving property. In my area home buyers are again looking for new homes. The deals are hard because the pricing right now is still at or below cost to produce. This should change as the existing inventory is used up.
