Build It and They Will Come: Atlanta 55+ September Program
Join the Atlanta 55+ Housing Council for its September program, Built It and They Will Come. The program will feature a presentation and community and model home tours at Smith Douglas Homes’ Olde Town Grayson community.
On Wednesday, September 20 from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., the Atlanta 55+ Housing Council will host Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association (HBA) members for an afternoon of networking, heavy hors d’oeuvres and valuable information about building for active adults. Registration and networking will begin at 11:30, followed by lunch and a presentation from Fred Boles, Smith Douglas Homes’ lead sales agent. Attendees will hear the story of Olde Town Grayson and Smith Douglas Homes’ view on the future of the Atlanta 55+ housing market. Tours of the community and its model home will be held from 12:45 to 1:30 p.m.
The cost to attend the program is $25 for Atlanta 55+ Housing Council members, $35 for non-55+ Housing Council members and $45 for non-HBA members. A 48-hour written notice is required for all cancellations. No refunds will be provided for no-shows. Register for this exciting event here.
