Brock Built’s Manget Opens Near Marietta Square

There’s something special going on near the Marietta Square. Brock Built’s new Mangêt community is surrounded by culture, dining and fun and will be a great place for young families and empty-nesters to call home.
Already, four of the six homes in the first phase of the community are under contract, but there are plenty more opportunities for pre-sales. With a European rose-covered cottage design and tremendous character, it’s easy to see why these homes are selling fast. Homeowners will be just a short walk away from the Marietta Square, but it won’t be a stroll on concrete. Walkways throughout the community feature Fox Mountain Stone, a Brock Built exclusive.
Once in the square, the options are many. Enjoy brunch outside, gaze through shops and later take in dinner under the moonlight. Be sure to not miss the local farmers’ market on Saturdays.
Currently, five more homes are under construction at Mangêt. Two will have master bedrooms on the main floor and a drive-under basement. Three others will be built on slabs with four bedrooms and three-and-a-half baths. Prices range from the high $300,000s to the mid $400,000s.
As the days warm up, Brock Built plans to add beautiful greenspace and park areas, all of which will be maintained by the HOA.
