Brock Built Green House on Prime Time TV
If you were watching the 8:00 p.m. news Wednesday night on WSB Channel 2, then you should have seen the feature devoted to the Brock Built Green House. Since WSBTV is an active partner of the community service project, they are more than eager to bring awareness to the green built house in Atlanta. Last night, you were given a brief tour of the home through a photo slide show, an overview of a few factors that help make the new home green and were informed that bidding has officially started. That’s right, if you have been following along with the progress of the Green House with intentions to place a bid, now is the time. Bidding started at $350,000 and will go up in increments of $1,000 or more. The sale of the home is being handled by Interstate Auction, and all of the proceeds of the sale will benefit Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta. The online auction will end at 5:00 p.m. on Oct. 3, 2008. Prior to bidding, a person must agree to the Terms and Conditions, and the Green House Auction Purchase and Sale Agreement.
