Brock Built Expands Offerings to New Homes in Cherokee County

New homes in Cherokee CountyBrock Built is at it again! In addition to our new homes in Dekalb County at GlenAire, we are excited to announce a brand new community in Woodstock, Oakhurst.

While the details on this new community aren’t completely final, we expect to be selling one or two different types of new homes in Cherokee County priced from the mid $200,000s to high $300,000s. Residents will also enjoy a community clubhouse, playground and swimming pool.

Woodstock is the perfect location to start our newest collection of homes, as the area has seen tremendous growth in the past couple of years. According to Zillow, home prices in Woodstock have increased during the past year and 64 percent of the area’s residents are married with another 20 percent made up of singles, making this the perfect neighborhood for families and young professionals.

One of the biggest draws to Woodstock is the new Outlet Shoppes at Atlanta, which are projected to open in July. This premiere shopping destination will be home to Nike, Saks Fifth Avenue, Guess, Under Armour, Levis, J Crew and more.

Residents of Woodstock also love Downtown Woodstock, an area filled with one-of-a-kind shops and restaurants, Elm Street Arts Center and the host of popular local events, such as the Summer Concert Series.

Located off of Highway 92, our community provides convenient access to both the new outlet mall and downtown Woodstock as well as everything you else love about the area. Roswell, Holly Springs, Canton and Alpharetta are also just a short drive away.
