Bringing Pike to Life

eon at Lindbergh and Lindbergh’s Pike Family Nursery recently formed a partnership to help co-promote green living. Located in the new Lindbergh City Center, eon at Lindbergh is an environmentally-friendly condominium community which will offer 352 one- and two-bedroom EarthCraft certified residences priced from the $180,000s. The developers of eon, The Dawson Company and Lane Company, wanted to create a community that would allow residences to have peace of mind that the home they live in had minimal impact on the environment, as well as have the opportunity to live their lives as ‘green’ as possible. Due to the transit-oriented development’s location in City Center, residents will be able to walk to restaurants, bars and shops as well as the Lindbergh MARTA station without ever having to drive their car. Pike Family Nursery is also within walking distance of eon at Lindbergh, which is one of many reasons a partnership between the two made sense. Allowing residents to truly live as ‘green’ as possible and add plants and flowers to their new home decor, gift cards to the Lindbergh Pike Family Nursery will be given to new home buyers upon closing. To kick-off the partnership, mannequins have been strategically placed in the Lindbergh Pike Family Nursery store, and a house plant arrangement from Pike is now on display in the eon at Lindbergh sales gallery.
