Brayson’s Model Homes Open in new SouthWind planned community

Brayson Homes announces the grand opening of two newly decorated models in the new SouthWind community off South Fulton Parkway in Fairburn. The Westminster (see photo) and Kensington designs are showcased and will be open Mondays through Saturdays from 10 a.m. until 6 p.m. and Sundays from noon until 6 p.m.

Located approximately seven miles south of I-285’s Exit 62, SouthWind is a master planned development with rolling, wooded hills, creeks and miles of trails. The community’s residents will have access to an 18-hole championship golf course, two amenity centers featuring two clubhouses, two junior Olympic pools, 10 tennis courts, two gyms with state-of-the-art equipment, and private dining rooms.

Brayson Homes will offer two communities within SouthWind, which will ultimately have approximately 1,068 homesites. Brayson will feature some of its renowned ranch designs as well as stunning new two-story plans.
