Brandon Hall Continues to Thrive in Dull Market

brandon-hall-home-small.jpgWhile many new communities have ceased construction and development, Sharp Residential’s Brandon Hall pushes through and opens a new phase due to steady sales in Phase IV. Since opening in the summer of 2007, 15 of the 49 lots in Phase IV have been purchased, causing the opening date of Phase V to be pushed up to this spring. Phase V will offer beautifully wooded lots which are slightly larger than the lots of previous phases. It is amazing to see Brandon Hall continue to shine and produce presales while many home builders struggle to sell inventory at their communities. This is just a testament to the quality product of Sharp Residential - offering homeowners at Brandon Hall an array of luxurious features and unique floorplans plus a long list of fantastic amenities including a junior Olympic pool, tennis courts and playground. Brandon Hall is located in Forsyth County, between the popular areas of Windermere and James Creek. Upon completion, this extraordinary community will feature a total of 325 single-family homes.
