Bowen Family Homes Wins Six OBIE Awards

Bowen Family Homes has achieved a major accomplishment - six OBIE awards! Big congratulations to the Atlanta home builder for their four Gold awards and two Silver. The ”Dollars for Dreams” home event was the big winner for Bowen, receiving three OBIEs. It won Gold for Best Off-Site Signage for the mobile billboard associated with the event, Silver for Best Marketing Campaign and Silver for Best Online Ad. What exactly was the Dollars for Dreams event? Well, you definitely should have read about it on Atlanta Real Estate Forum, but it was earlier this year and resulted in Bowen Family Homes selling 84 homes in a two week period. The savings event offered interested new home buyers a chance to save up to $50,000 on the single-family homes and townhomes built by Bowen Family Homes in the most sought-after metro Atlanta locations. The event also resulted in more than 7,000 visitors to the www.bowendreamevent.com Web site.

Of course, Bowen Family Homes also won three more OBIE awards. The “It’s more than a Home” television commercial rounded out the sales and marketing team’s awards with another Gold OBIE for Best Audio/Video. Four OBIEs for the Bowen sales and marketing team - you should all be extremely proud of yourselves.

The other two awards went to Hanover Place and Deerfield Green, two communities of Bowen Family Homes. Each community won a Gold Award for Best Building Design. The Callaway home plan at Hanover Place, and The Shelton home plan at Deerfield Green both impressed the panel of judges flown in from all over the country to weigh in on the hundreds of OBIE entries submitted each year.
