Bowen Family Homes Named Georgia Family Business of the Year

Georgia Trend and the Cox Family Enterprise Center at Kennesaw State University named Bowen Family Homes the Georgia Family Business of the Year among medium-sized companies at the organization’s 2007 Awards Gala Dinner at the Cobb Galleria Centre on Wednesday, May 23, 2007.

This award is based on their proven success, which is the result of innovative business practices and sound strategy. The company constructs about 1,200 homes a year in Atlanta, Dallas and Orlando. They are among the nation’s largest privately-held builders, and they were ranked by the Atlanta Business Chronicle as Atlanta’s fourth largest builder and 30th largest privately held company in 2006.
