Bowen Family Homes’ Kelly Fink and Tamra Wade Earn CAPS Certification

Congratulations to Bowen Family Homes’ Kelly Fink and Tamra Wade on earning the Certified Aging in Place Specialist designation (CAPS). The specialized credentialing program was developed by NAHB and AARP to help train builders and remodelers to understand and respond to the unique needs and concerns of older homeowners.

Kelly Fink is Bowen Family Homes’ Regional Marketing and Internet Director, and has earned the prestigious MIRM designation from the Institute of Residential Marketing in 2006. Tamra Wade is Sales Manager for Bowen Family Homes’ Atlanta Division. She holds a Brokers license and CSP.
