Bowen Family Homes’ Gwinnett Communities Are Getting Ready For Summer With New Amenities

Bowen Family Homes’ communities throughout Gwinnett County are getting ready for summer in a big way with the opening of all new amenities. Amenities at both Manchester Walk and Kensington Creek Manor in Lawrenceville are now ready and will be open for the summer season. Amenities in Ashmore in Duluth and Brynfield in Suwanee are scheduled to be complete and open for the summer season as well.

All four community amenity packages include a swimming pool and cabana. Manchester Walk, Kensington Creek Manor and Brynfield include a playground, and Kensington Creek Manor and Brynfield also include a mushroom fountain in the pool. In addition, Kensington Creek Manor includes tennis courts and a picnic pavilion area complete with a grill for family cookouts.
