Bowen Family Homes Celebrates Top Ranking

Bowen Family Homes was recently ranked as the 43rd largest home builder in the U.S. by Builder Magazine on their top 100 List. As if this wasn’t a big enough honor, the popular home builder was listed as the 78th largest builder on Professional Builder’s Giant 400 List. Tip Cape, one of the owners of Bowen Family Homes expressed his excitement and said “we are honored to be chosen amongst some of the best builders in Georgia and the nation.” The rankings were chosen based on homes that closed in 2007, and Bowen jumped up several places from last year’s list. Bowen Family Homes builds homes throughout the metro area including Fulton, Cobb, Cherokee, Forsyth and Gwinnett Counties and homes are priced from the $120,000s to the $400,000s.
