Bowen Family Homes builds one of the best communities for new homes in Atlanta
The Atlanta Business Chronicle recently ranked Bowen Family Homes’ Stonehaven Pointe as one of the top 10 communities ranked by annual sales in Atlanta. This was the only community named in the top 10 that is built by only one builder. The community has an annual sales volume of 156 homes a year.
Stonehaven Pointe is a community of 480 homes in Forsyth County. It is priced from the $190,000s. Stonehaven Terrace is a town home community within Stonehaven that is priced from $166,900. Check out both communities at Bowen’s Web site.
