Bowen Family Homes Brings Back Dollars for Dreams

Dollars for Dreams Model HomeThe popular “Dollars for Dreams” savings event is back! Beginning this Thursday, July 17 and extending through Sunday, July 20, Bowen Family Homes will host the homebuyer incentive program that brought so much success in April. With the “Dollars for Dreams” program, homebuyer that purchase a new Atlanta home at one of Bowen’s communities will receive up to $50,000 to spend on their new home. Buyers may opt to use the money towards a Pottery Barn shopping spree, designer upgrades, down payment/closing costs, free basement on available homesites or to lower monthly payments. In addition, the metro Atlanta homebuilder is offering a drawing for a $5,000 Pottery Barn shopping spree.

It’s easy to see why this promotional event is called “Dollars for Dreams.” The extra dollars Bowen is giving their homebuyers can be used to turn dreams into reality. Originally launched in April, these incentives resulted in the sale of 84 new homes in metro Atlanta. With such overwhelming success, Bowen Family Homes had no choice but to bring the event back for a second go-around. Bowen builds new homes in some of the most sought-after locations in Atlanta real estate including Fulton, Gwinnett, Cobb, Cherokee and Forsyth counties, and, with townhomes and single-family homes available, there is a Bowen home to satisfy every need.

It may be difficult to narrow down your search with so many options available, which is why Bowen Family Homes helps personalize the home-buying experience with the My Home Concierge service. This service allows buyers to register online and be matched with the best community to fit their lifestyle and budget.  Through My Home Concierge you can also set up a VIP appointment and take a personal tour of homes and communities that have been matched to your lifestyle. So, your best option would be to register with the My Home Concierge service today to discover which communities are ideal for you. Then, set up appointments to visit the communities this weekend while the “Dollars for Dreams” savings event is taking place.
