Bouley Honored with Presidential Award

Ray Bouléy is the recipient of the Presidential Award–the only HBA award presented at the discretion of the current HBA president and not necessarily given every year. It recognizes an individual whose commitment, dedication and leadership have made a significant impact on a specific program or project within the HBA and the industry. The 2007 Presidential Award recipient is Ray Bouléy.

President and CEO of Full Circle Real Estate Marketing, Ray leads a marketing, advertising and brand management services company. His vision, fine-tuned throughout almost 25 years as an entrepreneur, marketer, design professional and photographer, made him the perfect person to rally the housing industry to support a positive multimedia campaign focused on consumer confidence—“Get Home Atlanta.”

Ray and his Full Circle staff dedicated more than 1,500 hours to develop, create, design, launch and manage the multi media Get Home Atlanta campaign. Through donations and sponsorships of HBA members, Full Circle was given a budget of a little more than $330,000. Ray and the Get Home team launched a full-scale media and marketing blitz that saturated the greater Atlanta area for 60 days. The campaign was valued at more than $1.4 million!

In 2006, Ray received his Member, Institute of Residential Marketing designation, and he is one of just 575 nationally to have earned the designation. Ray was on the HBA Board of Directors from 2003 to 2005, serving as an associate at large in 2003 and 2004. He also served on the HBA Sales and Marketing Council Board for four consecutive years as secretary in 2002, treasurer in 2003, vice chair in 2004 and chair in 2005.

Ray is an active member of the Atlanta Luxury Marketing Council, Buckhead Alliance, Midtown Alliance, Urban Land Institute and has served on the board of Chastain Horse Park. He enjoys the symphony and is an avid art collector. Ray lives in Atlanta with his son, Kirk, a sophomore at Mercer University, and his daughter, Lady, a junior at The Galloway School.
